P&S Student Research Day

P&S Student Research Day, is an annual spring event, and one of the highlights of the academic year. The event is faciliated by Dr. Elizabeth Shane, Associate Dean for Student Research. This is a great opportunity for students to present the research they conducted during medical school to the P&S deans, faculty and fellow students.
Abstracts and posters are presented and judged by a faculty panel representing one of the four categories, scholarly project research, research year results, MD/PhD dual degree research, and first-year student summer research. Abstracts and posters are judged by separate faculty panels in each category. Prizes are sponsored by Dean Goldman for the top-ranked posters in each category and he actively participates in the event each year.
