The internship and mentor relationship constitute major components of the Summer Public Health Scholars Program (SPHSP). Students spend three days a week from June 12th to August 2nd working with professionals in key areas of health and wellness. Internships span the diversity of public health: from HIV/STI prevention, healthy/active lifestyles, occupational health to environmental justice. Mentors are administrators, researchers, analysts, clinicians, etc.

To learn more about becoming a mentor, please view our Mentor Information Packet and fill out a survey about your proposed internship.
